Cruise The South Pacific Wed. (Feb. 4) With @PaulGauguin on Pin-Up Live!.
We’re in the heart of winter now. The Super Bowl is done. Snow accumulation is now measured in feet not inches and wind chills are well below zero here in Plymouth, Mass. So what better way to warm up, than with a Pin-Up Live! about cruising the South Pacific.
After getting hit with two snowstorms in less than a week, we can’t wait to talk about something other than blizzards, white outs, and travel bans. The South Pacific has been on our must-see list for a long time, so it’s a real pleasure to welcome Paul Gauguin Cruises as our special guest host this week, along with AFAR magazine. The theme for this week’s chat is Sailing the South Pacific. We’ll be sharing tips, travel ideas, and a whole bunch of beautiful photos to help fuel your wanderlust. Plus, Paul Gauguin Cruises will be giving away a cruise swag bag to one lucky participant that includes a black pearl, $200 shipboard credit, and a Motu Mahana t-shirt.
So please join us and AFAR this Wednesday (2/4) at 7 p.m. (EST) on the Pin-Up Live! board to have a real time chat about about sailing the South Pacific with Paul Gauguin Cruises. You can expect a lot of Pinspiration, tips, and stories being traded on Wednesday night, and we want to hear your stories too!

Why Pinterest?
Ever since joining Pinterest in 2012, we’ve been hooked. And a lot of it has to do with the inspired ideas and photos we encounter on a daily basis. There’s a lot of incredible people on Pinterest, but no real good way to have a conversation–until now.
As avid travelers, we love sharing our travel tales and we believe the best tips and advice comes from your connections–family, friends and social networks. Pin-Up Live! brings the conversation to Pinterest, making it easy for people to connect and share stories, tips and beautiful images, while developing a comprehensive travel resource board that will continue to grow more robust as new topics are discussed.
Pin-Up Live! is the original real time chat held on Pinterest and we plan to keep bringing you unique travel themes to stoke your inspiration and wanderlust, so please let us know if you have anything in mind you’d love to chat about. Remember, joining in the conversation is easy, just come to our Pin-Up Live! Board on Wednesday (2/4/15) at 7 p.m. (EST). And remember, if you’d like to be entered in this week’s drawing, all you have to do is comment on one of the pins during the chat.

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to make this event. I just met with them yesterday and now I really want to cruise with them in 2015. Their ships and itineraries look terrific.
