I am usually a johnny come lately when it comes to TV shows.

It is rare that I catch a series in the beginning. Instead, I usually come in midway through or years later after its off the air. My most recent TV Aha moments have happened with Weeds, Mad Men and The Wire.

I’ve actually come to enjoy this tardiness though. It enables me to go on benders with the series-back to back to back viewings–drawing me deeper into the series than just watching on a weekly basis. The only downside to coming so late to the game is that I rarely have anyone to discuss the shows with, luckily Beth is usually in the same boat as me.

And now it looks like I have another show to add to my list–An Idiot Abroad. I had heard about the series before, but somehow I never saw it nor did I know much about it. But after seeing this recent clip from the upcoming season, which starts tomorrow, I’m itching to go back and catch up on the 1st two seasons; looks like I know what I’m doing tonight (shh! Beth does know yet). I mean what more could you want could you want out of a Friday night than a little travel, humor and Ricky Gervais.

Regardless if you are a super fan or a newb like me when it comes to An Idiot Abroad, I highly recommend you check out this clip from the third season. Not only is it funny, it’s always a little educational too. For example, do you know what sound Panda’s make? It looks like this is going to be the final season, so there’s no better time to start watching the show then now.

Have you seen An Idiot Abroad 3 yet?

It can be a quite stupid, yet quite hilarious show. I’ve watched several episodes thanks to my partner. He’s just such a funny dummy XD

I really like this show and am glad to hear it is back for another season. But I was surprised to see the promos saying it would be the final season. Hopefully they will reconsider.

Brilliant show. Also, Mad Men is incredible, like going back in time.
