The holiday experience has four stages. Carrying out research into what you want to do and where you want to do it – Bales Worldwide can help.
There is the anticipation of the journey, the actual experience and how we remember our experience once the journey is over. For many people, the anticipation and remembering stage are more powerful than the experience itself. In other words, holidays do not often go as planned. We miss flights and train connections. Our luggage gets lost. A foreign language becomes a barrier that we cannot breach. There are pitfalls and obstacles than can sabotage even a well-planned holiday. The holiday tour decreases the risk of these problems. The holiday tour is like a buffer-zone between you and the exoticness of a foreign country. It is like a United Nations mediator navigating you through a strange and distant land. When you venture on that dream trip to India, the culture shock is going to hit you as soon as the plane touches down, but at least with a tour group all of the plans and logistics of your holiday will be smooth and effortless.
Whether you are planning a honeymoon or just looking to get away for some much-needed rest and relaxation, a tour of Goa, India will reveal 133 km of enchanted coastline. Palm and coconut trees stretch as far as the eye can see. Calangute, in North Goa, is known as the Queen of Beaches. Swimming and parasailing are the ideal activities in Calangute, and this 7 km swath of sand is lined with hotels, guesthouses, upscale eateries and all manner of modern amenities. There are several tour operators located in Calangute, and it is a convenient base camp in which to plan future excursions and day trips around this part of India.

Known throughout history as Golden Goa, El Dorado and the Rome of the East, Goa has had a magical pull on those people lucky enough to have visited. After a couple of days relaxing on the beach, it is time to see what else is in and around Goa. Mosques, temples, waterfalls, caves and spice plantations are just a few of the things that you will encounter here. From famous temples like Mangueshi, Tampi Surla and Shantadurg to the Avarlem Waterfalls, there is something in Goa for every taste and personality type.
A tour of Goa will help you see and do everything you want with ease and convenience. While backpacking across India might have some romantic 1960s appeal, it is not the best way to see the country. Time is of the essence. As we get older, we have less patience for the mishaps that are common to travelling. The holiday tour has not only broadened our map, but also afforded us the comfort and security that we desire.
If India isn’t your thing, visit our website here and find your dream holiday.

I don’t know — I suppose a tour might make sense for some folks, but Goa is a really tourist friendly region. The only caution I would offer is that it is SO tourist-friendly that sometimes visitors overstep, wearing really skimpy clothing or partying too openly.
