Samuel is one of my favorite bloggers and an all around great guy! His blog Nomadic Samuel is full of great photos and funny stories! I am honored to share some of his favorite photos here. I hope you enjoy them. You can find all of his contact info and full bio below. If you love travel I strongly suggest checking out his site!

Out of all the countries I visited in South America, few left as distinct of an impression upon me as Argentina. It’s one of the most diverse countries I’ve ever visited in terms of landscape, culture and people. From the bustling hub of Buenos Aires to the frontier parts of Norte Argentino I was able to experience a lot, but was left feeling like I had just barely scratched the surface. Some of the true highlights were the markets in Buenos Aires, football matches and rugged landscapes found near the Bolivian border. The following is a photo essay capturing some of the distinct faces I encountered along the way:

Between you and Beers and Beans I am very inspired and am motivated to improve my own photography.
Just a wonderful set of photos. I was in Argentina last January and some bring back memories – especially the girl drinking mate.

    1. Nomadic Samuel says:
      at 6:50 pm

Thanks Leigh 🙂 I agree with you about Beers & Beans but I still feel I have a lot of things to work on in order to advance my photography. Mate in Argentina is certainly one of my most vivid memories and something I truly miss drinking even though I’m consuming plenty of green tea now in the far east.

Amazing photos! You really captured the emotions of the people you photographed!

    1. Nomadic Samuel says:
      at 6:51 pm

Thank you! I find people express their emotions far more freely in Latin America than in many other cultures.

This is a really good site about photography and taking pictures. I think you site is something that both new and seasoned photographers can look at and finally realize they are not the center of the universe. Really good job I will be passing this along to my students in my digital photography class for the next few months.

    1. Nomadic Samuel says:
      at 6:52 pm

Beth & Randy certainly do have a site worthy of inspiring many new or even seasoned photographers. Keep coming back for more! I certainly will as well 🙂

  16. Dimitris says:
    at 4:49 pm

The photographer is very skillful. Not only the colours are good but mamaged to capture the positive spirit and energy of the local people.. Well done…

    1. Nomadic Samuel says:

      Dimitris, thank you!

    1. Nomadic Samuel says:
      at 6:54 pm

Diana, I really appreciate such a compliment. Street photography is my favourite genre and something I hope to improve upon as I continue to learn more behind the lens.

I like the photos, my question is this. Do you use digital camera or the standard camera? I have 1982 Nikon model and the quality is superb.. Thanks for posting them…

    1. Gianna says:
