By the time this reaches the twitter stream and RSS feed, Beth will have arrived in the Riviera Maya for her (and Beers and Beans) first press trip. And because I can’t call right now to say I love her (sorry Stevie), I figured I’d write it instead.

But before I do, I would just like to say how proud I am of Beth and all the hard work she’s put into creating Beers and Beans over the last three years. Without her passion, smarts & desire to color outside the lines of life, there would be no Beers and Beans. And truthfully,  I’d probably still be schlepping it out at some semiweekly newspaper like a minor league ball player waiting for the call to the pros.

So without further ado (and rambling), I’d just like to say, I love you Beth!
