Tuscany.
F
rom Florence to the Val d’Orica (and all points in between for that matter), Tuscany has a lot going for it. Over the past few years, we have been able to explore this region in Central Italy more than any other in Europe. In April, we had a chance to live like a local with G Adventures (#GLocalLiving) at the incomparable Agriturismo La Pietriccia near Chianciano Terme. For a few days, we submerged ourselves into everything that makes Tuscany famous.
Riccardo’s enthusiasm for viticulture is certainly not rare, especially in this region; however, his personal connection to the land’s culture and willingness to open up about his life’s work was a like being in the audience for a VH1 Storytellers session with wine taking the place of music.
