My new favorite juice!.
I started juicing in January and I’m hooked. About one week in I started to notice some health benefits – I felt great, had a ton of energy, my skin cleared up and started to glow. Now I juice just about every day and if I don’t I start to feel blah and my skin starts to get dry. I don’t know what I’m going to do when we hit the road again because it’s going to be pretty hard to carry a juicer around but I’m completely hooked on the health benefits so I can’t imagine just not juicing for months at a time.
One of the best things about juicing is you that you can be totally creative and juice just about anything. My favorite juices are of the vegetable variety but I’m always looking for a new fruit juice that isn’t too sweet and I finally found a great combo!
This juice couldn’t be easier to make because it only has 2 ingredients:
A handful of Strawberries
Just juice them both together and Voila! You get this:
Enjoy it! If you want a little kick you can add some ginger.
