The service was perfect and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The staffs are very accommodating we also got great advice regarding the hiking to do in the park and for local restaurants. I zeroed in on your Panguitch post and cracked up on your grilled cheese mention. A while back I had this job that brought me to Panguitch on occasion and the dining options were slim so we chose this cool wild westy looking place on Main Street. Their menu didn't have a single vegetarian thing on the menu but I assumed that they would make me a grilled cheese. After being seated I asked if they would be willing to make me a grilled cheese since I was a vegetarian and the server just said, "Honey, you came to the wrong place." Seriously slap some cheese in a bun and charge me $10 - I don't care. I had a glass of water for lunch and fumed in my chair. Looking forward to following your adventures!
